NECA Teases Partnership With Jason Universe For Upcoming Line Of Collectibles

 Jason Universe is a collaboration of rights holders that include Horror Inc. (Robert Barsamian) and Friday 13th LLC (Mark Toberoff and Victor Miller). The universe has big plans for the franchise this year which will celebrate the 45th Anniversary of the legacy of Jason Voorhees and Crystal Lake. Today, part of the celebration was teased as part of ongoing efforts, and it will excite fans.

NECA teased this morning that they are collaborating with Jason Universe on a new line of collectibles that will more than likely feature their new Jason design that was unveiled a few weeks ago and also the new Peacock show Crystal Lake. More will be revealed on this partnership in the near future!

We’re also working with both familiar and fresh franchise voices to strike that balance,” Horror, Inc. president Rob Barsamian said in a recent statement. “We gave Greg our new 13-hole mask and worked together on this full body look that embodies classic Jason. He’s a strong, towering and terrifying slasher with a machete, his weapon of choice.”
