Horror Inc Unveils New Jason Voorhees Design!
The Friday The 13th franchise is celebrating its 45th anniversary this year and Horror Inc has promised a lot of new announcements and content this year. Last week a new Jason Universe logo was unveiled and today a first look at the newly designed Jason Voorhees was revealed. Check out adweek.com for the full article and reveal.
Some key points of note are that legendary effects artist and mega producer Greg Nicotero has been consulted on the new design of Jason.

We gave Greg our new 13-hole mask and worked together on this full body look that embodies classic Jason,” Barsamian says. “He’s a strong, towering and terrifying slasher with a machete, his weapon of choice.
The Adweek article also mentions that the Peacok series Crystal Lake is jumping off point for the new direction of the franchise that includes movies, games, immersive experiences and collectibles.
