Crystal Lake Experience Shows Up At New York Comic Con


 Peacock and A24 are bringing Crystal Lake, the Friday the 13th prequel series, to New York Comic Con 2026 (October 8–11 at the Javits Center) with both a premiere screening and an interactive booth.

Thursday, October 8, 6:30 p.m. on the Empire Stage. Attendees get the premiere episode ahead of the Peacock drop on October 15th, followed by a conversation with series creator/showrunner Brad Caleb Kane and cast members Linda Cardellini (Pamela Voorhees), Callum Vinson (young Jason), William Catlett, Devin Kessler, Cameron Scoggins, and Gwendolyn Sundstrom. Reservations are required. Empire Stage programming streams on Popverse for those not attending.

Peacock is also running an interactive “counselor orientation” experience set in the 1970s at Booth 1359. It includes in-world elements, photo opportunities, and branded giveaways. Hours match the show floor: 10 a.m.–7 p.m. Thursday–Saturday and 10 a.m.–5 p.m. Sunday.NYCC’s 20th anniversary runs October 8–11 (Retailer Day October 7). Friday and Saturday badges, plus four-day and VIP passes, have been reported as sold out, with Thursday and Sunday adult badges still listed in some guides.

The full eight-episode season of Crystal Lake premieres on Peacock (U.S.) on October 15, 2026 (all episodes at once and 60 minutes in length each); also, on Sky Atlantic/NOW in the UK/Ireland, HBO Max across Europe, Middle East, and Africa, and Crave in Canada.

Crystal Lake stars Linda Cardellini as Pamela Voorhees, with Callum Vinson as young Jason Voorhees, plus William Catlett, Devin Kessler, Cameron Scoggins, Gwendolyn Sundstrom, and others (including Nick Cordileone as Crazy Ralph). 

Brad Caleb Kane is executive producing Crystal Lake together with A24 and an executive producing team that includes Marc Toberoff and Victor Miller (Friday 13th LLC), Robert M. Barsamian and Robert P. Barsamian (Horror Inc.), Stuart Manashil, Tyson Bidner, Michael Lennox and Roy Lee.
