For those wondering how to watch the Friday The 13th series Crystal Lake outside of the United States, we now have some answers. Deadline is reporting that Sky has partnered with A24 and Peacock to distribute the show on their network and streaming service in U.K. and Ireland.

Katie Keenan, Group Director of Acquisitions for Sky UK and Europe, said: “We are so excited to bring Crystal Lake, the back storyline to the iconic Friday the 13th franchise. Snapping up this show demonstrates our commitment to bringing our customers the best US drama series from one of the hottest US studios. We are thrilled to be in partnership with A24 and Peacock on this project.

This is great news for fans outside the U.S. and is a good start to providing the show worldwide.

Crystal Lake is an upcoming American horror television series developed as a prequel to the iconic Friday the 13th film franchise. Produced by A24 and set to stream exclusively on Peacock, it explores the origins of Jason Voorhees and his mother, Pamela Voorhees, in a doomed small town where camp counselors meet grisly fates. The series blends slasher elements with deeper character backstories, including various iterations of Jason familiar to franchise fans, and is described as an "expanded prequel" set primarily in 1970-1971 at Camp Crystal Lake.
