The Friday The 13th Props Museum To Auction Entire Collection!

This is surreal, and truly an end of an era. Mario Kirner, curator and collector of the largest screen used Friday The 13th prop and memorabilia collection in the world is saying goodbye to Crystal Lake. He is selling his entire collection spanning four auctions in 2022 and 2023!

His collection contains some of most extensive production and screen used items from as early as Jason Lives to the 2009 film. It is massive and was published in his Props Museum book a few years ago.

From Mario:
The Friday the 13th Props Museum is teaming up with Propstore Auctions to bring you the most amazing Friday the 13th movie related auctions, starting this upcoming November!

In the works for over a year now, we are happy to feature a total of 4 auctions in London and Los Angeles containing some of the rarest and most sought after pieces of movie memorabilia for you to own.

Be part of these truly unique and amazing events and make sure to register to bid on your favorite items.

Items span over a range of screen used movie props and costumes, production paperwork, cast & crew gifts, promo material like standees, posters and video store decoration.

I have known Mario fifteen years and has been one of the nicest people in the hobby. This is a big deal for someone to let this vast of a collection go, and I am sad to see such a champion of the franchise move on.

More details about the auctions will be coming soon. There are so many items getting ready to go into the market, it is surreal. To see many of the items, read our vast collection of Props Museum stories.
