Flashback: Sweded Friday The 13th Spoof From 2010

Before AMC FearFest made it an annual event recently, seeing a Friday The 13th film on AMC was actually a pretty rare occurrence. So back in 2010 when AMC showed Friday The 13th 1980 during that year's FearFest event, they aired a parody of the original film of the franchise.

Ben and Jerry took on the task of making fun of the whodunit with their 'Two Swedes Sweding' spot for AMC. Within the spoof you get Steve Christie lookalikes and a Mrs. Voorhees head chopping scene that is quite hilarious. For those that did not get a chance to see this years ago, be careful for that awkward reenactment of Jack and Marcie's love scene!

About Friday The 13th
Terror and suspense abound in this 24-hour nightmare of blood. Camp Crystal Lake has been shuttered for over 20 years due to several vicious and unsolved murders. The camp's new owner and seven young counselors are readying the property for re-opening despite warnings of a "death curse" by local residents. The curse proves true on Friday the 13th as one by one each of the counselors is stalked by a violent killer. This film is widely acclaimed for its horrifying and creative murder sequences.
