Jason Lives' 'Hawes' Actor Ron Palillo Passes Away

It is with very sad news to report that actor Ron Palillo has passed away at the age of 63. Ron is best known to Friday The 13th fans as Tommy Jarvis's friend Hawes in Jason Lives: Friday The 13th Part 6, but will always be widely recognized for his role as Horshack in the 70's television show Welcome Back Kotter.

According to reports, Ron passed away this morning, suddenly, at around 4:30 a.m. and was not considered to be in poor health. Thoughts go out to his family and friends and I thank him for creating some memorable characters that will live on in film forever!
