Even though people were not keen to the idea, they still could not get enough of Friday The 13th. Fangoria Magazine was their life line.

Today we are continuing our look at Fangoria Magazine and their relationship with the Friday The 13th Film Franchise. Fangoria Issue #45 takes a look at the F/X of A New Beginning and the circumstances of how the affects were applied to film. Some interesting notes on the people involved in creating the effects are discussed in this issue.

The article discusses how Larry S. Carr was originally involved with the project as he was part of Reel Effects, the effects company hired to provide the grisly murders.
