Blu-Ray Triple Pack Cover Revealed, Release Date Confusion

Warner Bros. wants to make sure you get the latest adventures of Freddy Krueger and Jason Voorhees and are making it easy to do so on Blu-Ray. Last month we brought you the news of a Blu-Ray triple pack that will contain Friday The 13th (2009), A Nightmare On Elm Street (2010) and Freddy vs Jason. This is a 3 disc set and retails for a very reasonable price.

There are many fans out there that have scoffed at the notion of buying three movies that the majority of people have shunned over the past couple of years. Most of the disgust has been placed towards the Nightmare remake, but alas, there are many loyal fans that enjoy all of the films. For those fans we bring you the final cover art for the new Blu-Ray Triple pack.

The release date for this disc has become quite comical over the last few weeks as multiple websites are showing a release date of January 3, 2012, while almost half of the other retail websites are showing January 10, 2012. We reported January 10th as the date last month and from what we are being told, this is the solid date. It also makes the most sense as that date is during the week of the first Friday The 13th of 2012. Good marketing Warner Bros! At any rate, for a low price $18 at certain retailers, this is good deal for those fans that like these movies and do not yet own copies on Blu-Ray!
