Jason Returns To Days Of The Dead

The convention season is winding down for 2011 and it was a very exciting and busy time for alumni and fans of the Friday the 13th film franchise. This year saw the Return To Camp Crystal Lake Friday the 13th reunion convention in June which brought many actors and crew back together for a fun weekend. Well, believe it or not, 2012 is approaching quickly and new conventions are brewing.

One of the newest and more exciting conventions is returning in March 2012 with one of our favorite Jason Voorhees actors. Days Of The Dead just announced today that Derek Mears (Jason Voorhees, Friday the 13th 2009) will be returning to the genre extravaganza to once again team up with his Predators co-star Brian Steele. Derek has been hard to meet up with until very recently as his film schedule as not allowed for many convention appearances.

If you live in the Atlanta, Georgia area, you definitely do not want to miss out on this great opportunity to meet one of the industries best stuntmen and genre actors!
