Friday the 13th 1980 16MM Print For Sale

A few years back this writer purchased both Friday the 13th Part 2 and Friday the 13th Part 3 on 16MM film and it has been a pleasure to watch the films in their original intended environment. At that time it cost just over $100 to purchase the two prints and the thought was that it was a good deal. After today, I think it was a very good deal. Posted on eBay a few days ago, there is now a 16MM print of Friday the 13th 1980 available to purchase.

Below is the description of the print that is being sold:

PRINT HAS BEEN STRUCKED FROM ORIGINAL MATERIALS. IT IS IN LIKE NEW CONDITION, IN BEAUTIFUL UNFADED POLYESTER.

THE PRINT IS IN ENGLISH, NO SUBTITLES IN ANY LANGUAGE, ASPECT RATIO IS 1.33:1 THE ORIGINAL SHOOTING ONE. THE PRINT COMES WITH ITS ORIGINAL CASE. THE PRINT IS UNCUT MOUNTED ON 2 SPOOLS.

One interesting thing to note on the yellow ocver for the film is that it says Venerdi 13, which is Friday the 13th in Italian! So, if you are interested in this uncut classic on film, check out the eBay auction which is currently at $400.

  5. Yea, I have reduced my spending on Friday stuff recently. I would really like to buy this print myself, but they started the auction way too pricey for my taste.
