Veteran Actress Nancy Nagrant Cast As Steve Christy Relative In Friday The 13th Series Crystal Lake

 More news today on the continuing production of the Friday The 13th prequel series Crystal Lake. Veteran actress Nancy Nagrant joins the A24 and Peacock series for multiple episodes of the highly anticipated return to Crystal Lake.

Nancy has been cast as Kay Christy, relative to Steve Christy. Steve appeared in the original Friday The 13th film as the owner of Camp Crystal Lake who was working tirelessly to reopen the long dormant and cursed camp. There are sure to be some great story points to follow in the series pertaining to Kay, Steve and the town of Crystal Lake.

Credits for Nancy include numerous tv appearances including Law and Order: Special Victims Unit and the Equalizer. For now, she will be appearing in two episodes of Crystal Lake, including 1.1 The Great Pretender and 1.2 Are You Experienced?

Crystal Lake is currently in production and filming in New Jersey in the towns West Milford and Ringwood, and soon, Blairstown!

The new Friday The 13th series is run by Brad Caleb Kane and produced by Horror Inc., Marc Toberoff and Victor Miller (Friday 13th LLC). The series is filming this Summer and is being produced by A24 and distributed on the Peacock streaming service. Check back for more news when it is announced.
