New Jason Voorhees Actor Cast Along With Ralph, Barry And Claudette For Friday The 13th Prequel Series Crystal Lake!

 Variety is reporting that a new Jason Voorhees has been cast in Peacocok and A24's Crystal Lake series. Callum Vinson of Chucky television show fame is the new young Jason Voorhees for the Friday The 13th prequel series.

Young Jason Voorhees is expected to be a guest starring role and not a staple in the eight-episode Season 1 of Crystal Lake. Pamela Voorhees is indeed the focus in the beginning of the series, but we will see a growing role of Jason Voorhees (in episode appearance and stature) throughout the series.

That isn't all as other exciting announcements include the hiring of actors to play Crazy Ralph and the characters Barry and Claudette from the opening prologue of the original Friday The 13th! This is huge news as Barry and Claudette are the counselors responsible for letting Jason drown in Crystal Lake and getting Ralph in the show shall be a lot of fun.

Nick Cordileone will portray Ralph. Joy Suprano will play the characters Rita, and Danielle Kotch and Phoenix Parnevik will play Claudette and Barry respectively.

The show is currently in production and filming in West Milford and Ringwood, New Jersey.

The new Friday The 13th series is run by Brad Caleb Kane and produced by Horror Inc., Marc Toberoff and Victor Miller (Friday 13th LLC). The series is filming this Summer and is being produced by A24 and distributed on the Peacock streaming service. Check back for more news when it is announced.
