Exciting Trailer Drops For New Fan Film ‘Friday The 13th: Vengeance’

The successful release of the landmark fan film Never Hike Alone in 2017 has definitely inspired a slew of fans and filmmakers to make their own Jason Voorhees tale. With so many fan films in development and production now, our readers will surely have a lot of options to whet their appetite of revisiting Crystal Lake.

Brownspace Films has been building their new film over the past year with a successful Kickstarter campaign and inclusion of franchise alumni such as consultant Tom McLoughlin (Director, Jason Lives) and C.J. Graham (Jason Voorhees, Jasson Lives) who will be playing Jason’s father. The inclusion of these two franchise icons is no accident as Friday The 13th: Vengeance is an unofficial sequel to Jason Lives: Friday The 13th Part VI!

Along with C.J. in the film is the legendary Steve Dash. The Part 2 Jason actor just recently passed away and this is his swan song. We look forward to his appearance in this exciting fan film.

Harry Manfredini was just recently signed to score the film as well, which is a huge addition to the project!

So what is this film all about?

The story begins with Elias Voorhees, Jason’s father, returning to Crystal Lake and a string of grisly murders that soon follows his arrival. After hearing the news of the most recent killings Tommy Jarvis then goes missing, which leaves it up to his daughter Angelica Jarvis to rise to the challenge of not only finding her father, but also finding a way to destroy his old nemesis Jason Voorhees in the process. Armed with knowledge never previously known about Jason, Angelica may prove to be his greatest threat yet, which culminates in an epic showdown of Jarvis vs. Voorhees.”
