For those of you that know me, Jason Parker, and have followed my writing from other websites, you know that my starting up this Friday The 13th: The Film Franchise website was a very spur of the moment, sudden situation. For those readers that caught on to this special place since it began operation, you should know that the Friday The 13th films are a passion for this writer and that passion drives this website.
This past year has been a tremendous journey in learning technology as it relates to this site as well as learning to reach out to others in the community and really make a site that is a central hub for all things Friday the 13th. Our website celebrates its second anniversary today, and something that started very small has grown quite large. This site has a long way to go and has the makings of something very unique and special and really is an extension of every single fan out there who has followed these movies for over three decades.
The goal here is to have an immerse and interactive website that not only reports the latest news pertaining to the slasher series, but uncovers new and interesting topics that fans may not have known about before. Thank you to everyone who reads our news and forum topics and contributes their thoughts.
