Friday The 13th Part Of 'Birth Of A Villain' Screening Series

There have been a ton of Friday The 13th films screening announcements as of late due to the Halloween season, which is exciting for fans. Some of the screenings are utilizing 35MM film while others are using digital copies for the fans in attendance. There are debates on which is more preferred, but we have a feeling that most fans would prefer the 35MM experience. So if you like the modern Horror icons and enjoy 35MM presentations, then we have a fun film festival announcement for you.

Starting in November, Twitch Film is presenting the Birth Of A Villain screening series at the TIFF Bell Lightbox in Toronto. This series will be featuring the first films for all of the major modern horror franchises, all of which will be on the big screen projected from 35mm film.

The films in the screening series include Friday The 13th 1980, A Nightmare On Elm Street, Halloween 1978, Child's Play, The Texas Chain Saw Massacre 1974, Hellraiser, Phantasm and The Howling
