Contest: Win Jason's Hockey Mask!

It's Friday The 13th week as the second Friday The 13th of 2012 nears very soon, this Friday. To help celebrate our favorite unlucky day, we are offering up Jason's ominous hockey mask for one lucky fan to win! Since this year marks the 30th Anniversary of the release of Friday The 13th Part 3 in theaters, we thought it would make sense to give everyone the opportunity to win the version of the mask that became an icon and started it all.

For this newest contest, we are trying something a little different and are having fans enter using the application below. There are numerous ways to enter the contest so as to give everyone an opportunity to have a chance to win.

Contest Information
- The contest begins on Sunday April 8, 2012 and ends on Sunday April 15, 2012
- The winner will be announced on Tuesday April 17, 2012
- Use the contest application below to submit your entries by either using the email submission method or signing in with Facebook. Once your submission is sent using the email submission or Facebook sign-in, participants will then be given the opportunity to submit more entries with Facebook or with Twitter or Google+ if fans have those accounts.

    If that was in the rules, then it is a mistake. We will accept submission from Canada. I will look into fixing the language of the Rules. Thanks for pointing it out.
